Job summary

CommonTown Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead development and implementation of software applications. You will plan, monitor, and coordinate projects across internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of IT project management experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT project management experience.
• Experience managing software development projects.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Strong planning, coordination, and resource management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• PM certifications (PMP/Scrum Master) are a plus.
• Knowledge of AI technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee IT solutions development and implementation.
• Develop, monitor project plans, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion within budget.
• Coordinate with internal teams, developers, vendors, and stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and propose effective solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes, standards, and best practices.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, and stakeholder updates.
• Ensure deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards.
