Newtone Consulting Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise software applications in Singapore. You will work with stakeholders, development teams, vendors, and technical specialists to ensure successful implementations.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in software application delivery within large-scale enterprise environments, with experience in government or public sector IT projects and familiarity with IM8 governance.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of IT project management experience, with a strong track record in software application delivery.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end application development and implementation projects.
• Good understanding of software architecture, system integration, APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.
• Experience managing cross-functional technical teams, vendors, budgets, and project risks.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience delivering Singapore Government or public sector IT projects is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with government IT governance and security requirements, including IM8, is a plus.
• PMP, PRINCE2, CITPM, or Agile certifications are advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate software developers, business analysts, QA, infrastructure teams, and external vendors.

• Monitor project progress, manage risks and dependencies, and drive timely issue resolution.
• Oversee SIT, UAT, system integration, and production deployment activities.
• Lead project governance meetings and prepare progress reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Ensure compliance with project governance, security, quality, and change management standards.
