Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an IT Project Manager for a permanent role with a SI background, focusing on networking, cloud and security systems. The position is based at Pasir Panjang, Singapore.

You will lead end-to-end delivery of ICT projects, manage scope, schedules and resources, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and ensure quality, budget compliance and timely reporting for contractual milestones.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years in IT Project Management (preferably mid to large scale ICT projects).
• Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or related field.
• Technically competent with networking, cloud and security systems.
• SI background is preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication, problem solving and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite including Project, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the start-to-finish delivery of projects
• Delivery of projects of a high quality, within budget and according to agreed schedule and users' requirements
• Actively plan and manage project scope, schedules and resources on the project
• Monitor resource utilization to facilitate planning & scheduling of resources
• Lead diverse teams of stakeholders (internal and external)
• Identify, assess and manage the risks of the project and take appropriate mitigation actions
• Manage project scope creep and mitigate it when it occurs, manage changes in users' requirements according to Change Control processes, schedule slippage, technical problems and shortages of resources
• Ensures timely submission of reports for projects
• Work closely with clients to ensure timely closure of contractual milestone for billing
