Job summary

NCS Group in Singapore is seeking a Project Executive to help coordinate project schedules, budgets, issues, and risks for smooth execution. You will support project management activities, maintain cross-team communication, and ensure milestones are met according to plan.

You will operate in a dynamic environment requiring attention to detail, accountability, and strong collaboration with stakeholders. 1–3 years of IT project administration and strong English are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• One to three years of project administration experience in IT infrastructure development, implementation, or support
• Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills
• Self-motivated with a positive “can-do” attitude and strong interpersonal abilities
• Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships across teams
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Ability to travel locally to customer sites as required

Responsibilities

• Ensure team members have the tools and resources required to execute project tasks
• Create and maintain project schedules with defined milestones, due dates, and resource estimates
• Prepare and submit project plans and reports for review and approval by project management
• Coordinate project documentation for all phases and prepare summary reports for review committees
• Maintain up‑to-date, accurate project information including progress, tasks, deliverables, and financial tracking
• Assist the Project Manager in communication, order processing, and workstream coordination
• Ensure documentation repositories are organized and accessible for all stakeholders
• Lead assigned project tasks independently with accountability and dependability
• Support the execution of IT infrastructure projects across different workstreams
