Job summary

PERSOL OUTSOURCING SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Projects Support professional to assist the Project Manager and engineering team on site in Ang Mo Kio.

The role covers project scope, timelines, costs, documentation, and coordination with subcontractors. You will perform system setup, database configuration, Windows-based IT infrastructure support, cybersecurity setup, network switches, IP configuration, installation, debugging, and training for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, CS, CE, ISS, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT systems, infrastructure, or project implementation.
• Experience in project coordination or system deployment is preferred.
• Knowledge of database management and SQL tools.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and vulnerability assessment.
• Experience with Windows OS, virtualization, or hypervisors.
• Understanding of network configuration and switches.
• Advantage if have SQL Management Studio and database handling, basic software development knowledge, experience with access control systems (CCTV, card readers, gantries, key management systems) and redundancy technologies.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Working Days & Time: 08:30 to 18:00
