Qualifications

Experience in Digital Banking and Finance Transformation to support modernization.
Knowledge of Regulatory Reporting and AML technology to enhance compliance capabilities.
Familiarity with Data & Analytics platforms to improve data-driven decision-making.
Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and enterprise transformation to accelerate outcomes.
Experience managing regional teams and technology vendors to coordinate cross-location initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise technology transformation and application implementation programmes to achieve strategic business outcomes.
Oversee design, development, integration, and implementation of technology solutions meeting requirements.
Provide technical leadership for Data, AI, Digital Banking, Finance, Risk, and Regulatory Reporting initiatives.
Manage end-to-end implementation activities including planning, migration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define solution requirements and prioritize delivery efforts.
Establish and maintain programme governance, including RAID management and executive reporting.
Manage technology vendors, budgets, and delivery resources for cost-efficiency.
Lead POCs, technology evaluations, RFQs, and RFPs to select solutions.
Monitor application performance, quality, risk, and delivery standards for compliance.
Drive adoption of data and analytics platforms to boost business intelligence.
Plan resource and capacity across local and regional teams to meet demand.
Identify opportunities for technology optimization, operational efficiency, and cost savings.
Ensure security, risk, and governance considerations are integrated into delivery processes.
