Job summary

PVH is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, large-scale systems integration initiatives. You will coordinate across internal teams, external stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment with contract requirements and timelines.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or Computer Science, 8+ years of PM experience, and strong leadership, communication, and risk-management skills. Knowledge of fleet management or public transportation projects is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• PMI Project Management Professional certification preferred.
• 8+ years of project management experience in large-scale systems projects.
• Proven experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder systems integration projects.
• Experience in IT or Software project implementations; fleet management/public transportation domain.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management; excellent communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, aligning with contract requirements, timelines, and compliance standards.
• Coordinate across internal teams, external stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
• Oversee budgeting, hiring, partner sourcing, and management of vendors and contractors.
• Manage project scope, schedules, resources, risk, and quality control activities.
• Ensure robust documentation, change management, and configuration control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead progress reporting, stakeholder communication, and governance reviews.
• Drive issue resolution and mitigate risks across technical and operational domains.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, contract specifications, cybersecurity requirements, and safety standards.
• Accountable for planning, execution and timely delivery across design, development, delivery, installation, testing and maintenance.
• Involved in contract administration, monitoring progress, training, and logistics.
