Job summary

PVH invites an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end Fleet Management implementations across client sites in Singapore. You will plan, execute, coordinate stakeholders, manage system integrations, testing, and commissioning, ensuring contract alignment and compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, 8+ years in large-scale PM, PMP preferred, and a Bachelor's degree in engineering or CS. The contract is 1 year with renewal potential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• The Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of Fleet Management Project for the client. This includes planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, system integration, testing, and commissioning .
• The role requires close collaboration with the client's representatives, internal engineering teams, and subcontractors to ensure timely and compliant project delivery .
• Responsible for the overall management and coordination of the project
• Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with contract requirements, timelines, and compliance standards
• Coordinate across internal teams, external stakeholders, and other third-party vendors
• Oversee project planning and execution , including budgeting, hiring, partner sourcing, and management of vendors and contractors
• Manage project scope, schedules, resources, risk, and quality control activities
• Ensure robust documentation, change management, and configuration control throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead progress reporting, stakeholder communication, and governance reviews
• Drive issue resolution and proactively mitigate risks across technical and operational domains
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards (e.g., Company standards, Contract specifications, cybersecurity requirements, operational safety standards)
• Accountable for smooth planning, execution & timely delivery of projects and on all project aspects of design, development, delivery, installation, integration testing, implementation and maintenance
• Involved in contract administration, monitoring progress, technical personnel training, logistic support, documentation ;

Duration

1-year contract (renewable & convertible depending on performance)

Working Hours

Mon to Fri, 8.30am - 6pm (44-hour work week)

Jurong East/ client's site (multiple locations)

Requirements

• Must possess strong project management and leadership abilities, good communication skills and excellent problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
• Project Management Professional Certification is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management in large scale systems projects
• Proven experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder systems integration projects
• Experience in deploying at least one implementation of IT or Software Projects
• Experience in at least one implementation in the area of Fleet Management Systems/Public Transportation Domain
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Sound understanding of technical documentation and systems architecture
• Good problem-solving skills with attention to technical and contractual details.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Desirable Attributes

• Background in managing vendor contracts and subcontractor coordination
• Familiarity with cybersecurity requirements for critical infrastructure systems
• Knowledge in IT, Cybersecurity, Cloud technology, Fleet Management.
• Experience in coordinating teams from multiple locations/ countries for project delivery
• Experience in delivering traffic/ tunnel management systems
• Understanding of software systems lifecycle , including design, development, integration, testing, and commissioning
