Job summary

HR SG PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Engineer to support IT and OT project delivery across enterprise, industrial, and smart infrastructure environments.

The role requires coordinating activities, managing documentation, and ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and technical specifications. You will work with customers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to drive project success, including installation, testing, handover, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in project engineering, project coordination, systems integration, telecommunications, network infrastructure, or IT/OT projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities, deliverables, schedules, and resources.
• Develop, maintain, and update project RACI matrices, schedules, action trackers, and other control documents.
• Prepare and manage technical submissions, method statements, reports, drawings, and project documentation.
• Attend project and technical meetings, prepare accurate meeting minutes, and follow up on actions.
• Monitor progress, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables; escalate delays or issues.
• Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Support installation, system integration, testing, commissioning, acceptance testing, and handover activities.
• Identify risks, issues, delays, and dependencies; support corrective actions.
• Apply RCA methodologies for troubleshooting and resolution of project or system issues.
• Prepare and maintain technical drawings, network diagrams, system layouts, and related documentation using AutoCAD and/or Visio.
• Track contractual and payment milestones; support progression claims.
• Maintain project records and ensure proper handover documentation.
