Job summary

BEUMER GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Administrator to support daily operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company's IT environment in Singapore.

The role covers IT infrastructure, service desk, cybersecurity, IT projects, asset management, local ERP administration, and operational documentation to ensure reliable and secure services for internal users. You will work hands-on with Windows environments, AD, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Office 365, including

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT or related field with 1-2 years IT support experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows environments, AD, DNS, DHCP, and Office 365 applications.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration (MFA, Intune, MDM etc.)
• Experience with network infrastructure, firewalls, VPN, SharePoint, VMware ESXi, or uniFLOW is a plus.
• Able to support after normal working hours when required, including urgent issues or weekend duties.

Responsibilities

• Support daily IT operations and maintenance of the IT environment.
• Provide hands-on IT support across infrastructure and service desk.
• Assist in cybersecurity, asset management, ERP administration, and documentation.
• Contribute to IT projects and ensure reliable, secure IT services for internal users.
