Adecco partners with a leading private education institution in Singapore to recruit an experienced Specialist to strengthen IT infrastructure, network reliability and service delivery.

The role combines hands-on troubleshooting, infrastructure administration, security compliance, and project coordination to ensure stable and secure IT operations across campus environments.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of hands-on IT infrastructure, network administration and technical support.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, switching, wireless, VPN, DHCP, DNS.
• Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba, HPE or equivalent enterprise networking platforms.
• Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, endpoint security, backup and patch management.
• Familiarity with ITIL, ISO 27001, PDPA and audit/compliance practices.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure including LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, firewalls, VPN, VLAN, routing and switching.
• Administer and support Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, endpoint management, backup and patching.
• Monitor system and network performance, resolve incidents, and perform root-cause analysis to minimise downtime.
• Support IT service management processes: incident resolution, change management, documentation and continual improvement.
• Implement infrastructure security controls, access management, vulnerability remediation and audit compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors on upgrades, maintenance and campus technology projects; travel between campuses as required.

Adecco is partnering with a leading private education institution seeking an experienced Specialist to strengthen its IT infrastructure, network reliability, and service delivery.

This role combines hands-on technical troubleshooting, infrastructure administration, security compliance, and project coordination to ensure stable, secure, and efficient IT operations across campus environments.

The Job

• Manage and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, VPN, VLAN, routing, and switching.
• Administer and support Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, endpoint management, backup, and patching.
• Monitor system and network performance, resolve escalated incidents, and conduct root-cause analysis to minimise downtime.
• Support IT service management processes, including incident resolution, change management, documentation, and continuous improvement.
• Implement infrastructure security controls, access management, vulnerability remediation, and audit compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors on infrastructure upgrades, network refreshes, maintenance, and campus technology projects.
• Ensure IT readiness for classrooms, computer laboratories, examinations, and other academic operations.
• Provide technical guidance to junior team members and maintain operational procedures, network diagrams, and support documentation.

The Talent

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 5-8 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, network administration, and technical support.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, including TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, switching, wireless, VPN, firewalls, DHCP, and DNS.
• Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba, HPE, or equivalent enterprise networking platforms.
• Proficient in Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, endpoint security, backup, and patch management.
• Proven experience in incident management, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and vendor coordination.
• Familiarity with ITIL, ISO 27001, PDPA, and audit compliance is advantageous.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users.
• Willingness to support after-hours maintenance, weekend operations, and travel between campuses when required.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, Fortinet, Microsoft, Aruba, or ITIL are advantageous.
