Job summary

Advance Intelligence Group is seeking an IT Operations Engineer to own devices, workflows, and security across the enterprise. You will manage endpoints (macOS/Windows), SaaS environments, and vendor coordination while driving automation and compliance in a fast-growing Singapore-based tech group.

The role requires 5+ years in IT operations, strong SaaS administration and IAM skills, plus a proactive, ownership-driven approach to improving IT services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant IT operations, systems administration, or similar experience.
• Experience with SaaS administration, IAM, SSO, MFA, RBAC, user provisioning, and license management.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, VPNs) and endpoint security (MDM, EDR, patching, access controls).
• Experience with low-code/no-code automation, APIs, webhooks, and integrations to improve IT operations.
• Familiar with ITSM processes, SLAs, documentation, incident management, and escalation.

Responsibilities

• Own and secure IT systems, devices, and workflows to keep teams productive.
• Provision, manage, and support corporate endpoints (macOS/Windows) via MDM.
• Troubleshoot endpoint, identity, SaaS, and connectivity issues to resolution.
• Oversee software licensing, user provisioning, and SaaS subscriptions.
• Enforce encryption, patching, and access control standards for security.
• Govern IT asset lifecycle and maintain auditable inventory.
• Maintain office IT infrastructure including network and AV systems.
• Coordinate ISO 27001-aligned controls and audits.
• Streamline onboarding, SaaS provisioning, and IT workflows through automation.
• Oversee procurement lifecycle: requirements, vendor sourcing, quotes, fulfillment.

The Role

Own the systems, devices, and workflows that keep our teams productive and secure. As an IT Operations Engineer, you'll manage our endpoint fleet and enterprise SaaS environment, strengthen IT security and compliance, automate operational workflows, and coordinate procurement and vendors across the full IT lifecycle.

What You'll Do

• Provision, manage, and support corporate endpoints such as macOS and Windows fleet via MDM.
• Troubleshoot endpoint, identity, SaaS, and connectivity issues, driving incidents through to resolution.
• Oversee software licensing, user provisioning, SaaS subscriptions, and enterprise AI platform usage.
• Uphold operational security by enforcing encryption, patching protocols, and access control standards.
• Govern the IT asset lifecycle by maintaining an accurate and auditable IT asset inventory.
• Maintain and support office IT infrastructure, including AV systems, Wi-Fi APs, and network switches.
• Support and enforce ISO 27001-aligned controls and coordinate evidence collection for audits.
• Streamline user onboarding, SaaS provisioning, and recurring IT workflows through automation.
• Oversee IT procurement lifecycle covering requirements, vendor sourcing, quotation, and fulfillment.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of relevant experience in IT operations, systems administration, or a similar role preferred.
• Experience with SaaS administration, IAM, SSO, MFA, RBAC, user provisioning, and license management.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals across TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, VPNs, and troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of endpoint security, including MDM, EDR, patching, compliance, and access controls.
• Keen to use low-code/no-code automation, APIs, webhooks, and integrations to improve IT operations.
• Familiar with M365, Zoom, Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, and other enterprise AI and SaaS platforms.
• Comfortable working with ITSM processes, SLAs, documentation, incident management, and escalation.
• Strong ownership with a proactive, self-directed approach to driving IT issues and projects to closure.
• Clear and responsive communicator who keeps stakeholders informed and consistently closes the loop.
• Continuous-improvement mindset with a focus on automating, standardizing, and scaling IT operations.
