TRUE YOGA • TRUE FITNESS in Singapore seeks a hands-on IT Manager to oversee IT operations across headquarters and gym outlets. You will manage IT infrastructure, gym management and POS systems, cybersecurity, branch support, vendor coordination, and lead digital transformation initiatives.
The role requires an operational, service-oriented leader who can improve efficiency through automation, reporting, and new technology solutions.
We are looking for a hands-on IT Manager to oversee the company’s IT operations across our headquarters and gym outlets. The role will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, gym management systems, POS/payment systems, cybersecurity, branch support, vendor coordination, and digital transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate should be operationally strong, service-oriented, and able to support daily IT needs while improving efficiency through automation, reporting, and new technology solutions.
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure across HQ and gym branches, including servers, PCs/laptops, WiFi, internet connectivity, firewalls, VPN, NAS/storage, and related hardware.
Support key business systems such as membership management, access control, check-in, POS/payment, booking systems, mobile app integrations, and CRM systems.
Provide IT support to outlets and staff, including troubleshooting internet, printer, POS, access gate, CCTV, and system-related issues.
Manage cybersecurity, endpoint protection, email security, firewall settings, backups, disaster recovery, and data protection measures.
Liaise with vendors and software providers on system implementation, upgrades, maintenance, service levels, and troubleshooting.
Drive digital transformation projects, including automation, AI tools, reporting dashboards, lead automation, and workflow improvements.
Prepare IT, system usage, incident, sales, and membership-related reports for management review.
Develop and maintain IT policies, SOPs, user access controls, asset inventory, software licensing, and backup procedures.
Supervise IT executives/technicians where required and provide basic IT guidance or training to staff.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure support, system administration, or related IT functions.
Good knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, networking, firewalls, VPN, cybersecurity, backup, and disaster recovery.
Experience with POS/payment systems, access control, CCTV, databases, CRM, or membership systems will be advantageous.
Understanding of software and mobile app development processes is preferred.
Knowledge of AI automation, API integration, or business intelligence tools will be an added advantage.
Experience managing IT support for multi-branch operations is preferred.
Fitness, gym, wellness, retail, hospitality, or service industry experience will be an advantage.
Strong problem-solving, communication, vendor management, leadership, and project coordination skills.
