Qualifications

• Currently pursuing Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking and IT security.
• Familiar with Windows, Linux and macOS operating systems.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and take on new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Provide technical support to employees via helpdesk or on-site visits.
• Perform routine maintenance on IT equipment.
• Help install and configure new software and hardware.
• Assist in managing network and system administration tasks.
• Support IT projects, data backup and software updates.
• Maintain documentation on system configurations, diagrams and policies.
• Participate in testing and implementing new IT solutions.
• Assist with user training on new systems or technologies.
• Other IT-related tasks as assigned.
