The ideal candidate has a Higher NITEC in Data Centre Infrastructure or IT and hands-on experience in network solutions. Strong analytical and communication skills are necessary, along with a willingness to learn.

Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Installation and configuration support for all aspects of network infrastructure, data centre, and both on-premises and cloud-hosted services.
• Lead the analysis and resolution of issues for infrastructure-managed systems.
• Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance to align with KPIs and SLAs.
• Deliver ICT infrastructure projects and address other operational requirements as needed.
• Provide and analyze data for reporting on infrastructure assets, performance, and monitoring.
• Provide technical support for infrastructure, servers, networks, and cloud design.
• Manage and maintain a wide range of infrastructure systems and services, including security, networking, remote access, system configuration, and administrative tools.
• Manage support tickets through the helpdesk system.
• Ensure training remains up to date and appropriate for the estate.
• Take responsibility for the delivery of allocated projects.
• Liaise with other teams to share and improve the flow of information.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Higher NITEC in Data Centre Infrastructure & Operation or IT related course.
• Hands‑on experience with network and infrastructure solutions.
• Participate in standby support to ensure system availability and incident response.
• Analytical skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
