Job summary

DRW is a technology-driven trading firm and seeks an IT Intern to work with technology teams and external partners, providing hands-on support to resolve business-critical issues daily. You will help define technology requirements for trading desks and contribute to long-term projects across the firm.

Your responsibilities include maintaining network infrastructure, configuring hardware/software, troubleshooting with the infra team, and documenting processes while staying current with new tech

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with a target graduation date between December 2027 to August 2028.
• Fundamental networking knowledge and familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems.
• Basic cloud concepts and scripting for automation are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance and monitoring of network infrastructure for reliability.
• Support installation and configuration of hardware and software components.
• Work with infra team to troubleshoot issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Contribute to infrastructure projects like upgrades and migrations.
• Document infrastructure processes and configurations.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies to propose improvements.
