Job summary

TALENTSIS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an IT Infrastructure Specialist to implement and manage core IT systems, networks and storage, ensuring high availability and performance. You will collaborate with development teams, maintain comprehensive documentation, and support production environments on a rotating on-call basis.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree, and a proactive approach to learning new technologies and improving systems.

Qualifications

3–5 years of relevant working experience.
Bachelor's Degree Holder (Open for Fresh Graduates)
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, including operating systems and networking.
Willingness to continuously upgrade skillsets.

Responsibilities

Implement, maintain, and administer IT infrastructure including networks, operating systems, storage, and backup systems.
Collaborate with system development teams on system design, implementation, integration, and testing.
Provide 24x7 on-call support on a rotational basis, including executing corrective actions to resolve production issues and minimize system downtime.
Develop and maintain technical and program documentation to support effective planning and execution.
Liaise with customers and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
