Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Governance, Security and Risk professional to safeguard bank infrastructure and ensure MAS TRM compliance. The role covers risk evaluations, audits, and policy reviews across core IT infrastructure and security domains.

The candidate will oversee vendor due diligence, SLA monitoring, and risk assessments in line with MAS and ABS frameworks, collaborating with internal and external teams to remediate vulnerabilities and track milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field required.
• 5–10 years hands-on experience in IT governance, cybersecurity and risk management within financial services.

Responsibilities

• Drive IT governance, security, and risk framework operations aligned with MAS TRM guidelines and cyber hygiene standards.
• Conduct regular risk evaluations, internal audits, and policy reviews across core IT infrastructure, network security, active directory, servers, and hardware systems.
• Manage end-to-end third-party vendor oversight, IT outsourcing due diligence, SLA monitoring, and risk exposure assessments per MAS and ABS frameworks.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external service providers to facilitate IT security reviews and remediation, ensuring timely closure of milestones.
• Establish robust monitoring mechanisms for operational IT quality, incident management inputs, hotfix updates, patch deployments, and continuous system security enhancements.

Skills and Experience Required
