Job summary

ICICI Bank Limited Singapore is seeking an IT Security Manager to lead technology risk management and ensure MAS regulatory compliance across IT controls. The role focuses on risk assessments, control design, and alignment with internal security guidelines.

You will coordinate with Information Security teams, perform due diligence for new products/services, and oversee local disaster recovery and business continuity programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of banking experience in technology risk management or IT security.
• Familiarity with MAS regulatory requirements for technology risk and cyber security.
• Professional cybersecurity certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and close technology compliance matters.
• Conduct gap analyses against MAS and internal guidelines on new technologies.
• Perform risk and control assessments of processes and e-banking controls.
• Engage Information Security teams for timely resolution of audit gaps or incidents.
• Conduct due diligence for new products/services and outsourced activities.
• Manage local IT BCP, application and infrastructure resilience and DR capabilities.

Job Description

• Monitoring & closure of technology compliance matters
• Conduct gap analysis to ensure compliance with MAS and internal security group guidelines on various new technologies and latest updates issued by MAS and propose mitigating controls
• Perform technology risk & control assessments on internal processes and controls, e-banking controls, etc to ensure in compliance with the MAS guidelines and supervisory policies and internal group guidelines
• Engage with Information Security teams in Head Office for better and quick resolution of audit gaps or incidents
• Conduct risk assessment and due diligence in relation to new products/ services and outsourced activities
• Manage local IT BCP, application and infrastructure resilience and DR capabilities.
• Other responsibilities and activities as advised by the line manager

Requirements:

1. With at least two years' relevant banking experience in technology risk management, information security, cyber security consultancy or IT Audit field
2. Familiar with technology risk and cyber security regulatory requirements, including but not limited to those defined by MAS
3. Cybersecurity certification such as CISSP, CRISC, CISA, CISM, etc. is prefered
