Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) is seeking a senior IT infrastructure leader to oversee data centres and cloud platforms across APAC and Europe. You will partner with the CIO and regional stakeholders to drive BPIT initiatives, ensuring infrastructure readiness for global deployments and operational initiatives.

Strong cross-region collaboration is essential to maintain security, compliance, and availability.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure operations across multiple regions and time zones.
• Proven ability to lead and collaborate with multicultural, cross-functional teams in a global organisation.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and coordination across diverse business environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Chinese to support regional stakeholders and teams.
• Knowledge of cross-border compliance, data governance, and global IT infrastructure operations.
• Certifications in cloud infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity and IT service management are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support distributed data centres, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and network infrastructure across APAC and Europe.
• Partner with the CIO and regional stakeholders to drive the BPIT transformation programme and cloud readiness.
• Collaborate with regional IT teams, including China IT, to meet local regulations and global standards.
• Lead major incident response, recovery, and disaster planning across international locations.
• Provide guidance to regional infra teams to ensure consistent operational standards and service delivery.
• Manage global infrastructure CAPEX/OPEX budgets, forecast cloud costs, and negotiate ISP agreements.
• Develop and maintain IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures aligned with regulatory needs.
• Support compliance with ISO27001, GDPR, PDPA, and regional requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships and monitor SLA performance with global ISPs, cloud providers, and partners.

About the role

Oversee and support distributed data centres, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and network infrastructure across APAC and Europe to ensure operational stability, service availability, and business continuity. Partner with the CIO and regional stakeholders to support the execution of the BPIT transformation programme, ensuring infrastructure readiness for global application deployments and operational initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and support distributed data centres, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and network infrastructure across APAC and Europe to ensure operational stability, service availability, and business continuity.
• Partner with the CIO and regional stakeholders to support the execution of the BPIT transformation programme, ensuring infrastructure readiness for global application deployments and operational initiatives.
• Collaborate with regional IT teams, including the China IT function, to support compliance with applicable local regulations and organisational security standards, while maintaining alignment with global infrastructure and connectivity requirements.
• Lead and coordinate major incident response, operational recovery, and disaster recovery planning activities across international locations.
• Provide guidance and support to regional infrastructure teams to ensure consistent operational standards and service delivery.
• Manage global infrastructure CAPEX and OPEX budgets, including financial planning, forecasting, and optimisation of cloud consumption costs (Azure/AWS) and international ISP agreements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain IT governance frameworks, infrastructure policies, and operational procedures aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
• Support compliance with applicable standards and regulations, including ISO27001, GDPR, PDPA, and relevant regional requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and service delivery performance with global ISPs, cloud providers, and technology partners.
• Monitor and review SLA performance to support operational effectiveness and continuous improvement.

• Relevant certifications in cloud infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and IT service management (e.g. Microsoft Azure, AWS, Cisco, CISCP, ITIL, PMP) will be advantageous.
