Job summary

EA Recruitment in partnership with a multinational company invites applications for an IT Support role based in Jurong Island. You will provide first-level hardware, software and network assistance, maintain devices, and support ERP/SharePoint workflows. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:15pm, with transport provided.

The role offers a basic salary of $3,500–$4,200, plus AWS and a variable bonus, with excellent welfare and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, CS or related field.
• 3–4 years IT support or related experience.
• Certificate in IT is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking and system administration.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, printers, network access and business apps.
• Set up, install, configure, troubleshoot and maintain PCs, laptops, phones and peripherals.
• Update tickets, asset registers, checklists and user documentation accurately.
• Manage application systems and data flow across business functions.
• Support ERP, SharePoint, workflow tools and related platforms.
• Assist in project rollout: user guides, basic training and equipment readiness.
• Escalate unresolved issues to seniors and follow up on action items.
• Follow IT policies, SOPs, cyber security, and data protection practices.
• Support inventory checks, maintenance schedules, file organization and audits.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level support for user issues relating to hardware, software, printers, network access, meeting room devices, and standard business applications.
• Perform routine setup, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of PCs, laptops, phones, user accounts, and peripheral devices.
• Update ticket records, asset registers, checklists, and user documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Manage Application systems and understand data flow across business functions.
• Support system administration activities, testing, data updates, user onboarding, and routine monitoring tasks for ERP, SharePoint, workflow tools, and related platforms.
• Assist in project rollout activities such as preparing user guides, conducting basic training support, coordinating equipment readiness, and following up on action items.
• Escalate unresolved issues, recurring incidents, and control gaps promptly to the Senior Executive or Senior Manager.
• Follow established IT policies, SOPs, cyber security requirements, and data protection practices in daily work.
• Support inventory checks, preventive maintenance schedules, file organization, and audit preparation activities.
• Build technical knowledge and work capability through on-the-job learning, training, and guidance from senior team members.
• To understand internal business process and propose IT solutions to optimize workflow.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of IT support or relevant experience.
• Relevant certificate in IT would be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
