Memstar Corporation is seeking a proactive IT professional to manage group-level IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital platform maintenance, collaborating with internal teams, headquarters, and external IT service providers.

You will support day-to-day IT operations, troubleshoot issues, manage assets and licenses, update the website, and contribute to digitalization initiatives while ensuring security and compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; candidates with no experience but strong skills may be considered.
• Basic knowledge of networking, servers, VPN, cybersecurity, and IT troubleshooting.
• Strong interest in IT infrastructure and digital technologies with analytical skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

We are seeking a proactive and technically capableIT personnel to manage and support the group level IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, network/digital platform co-maintenance and servicing, and day-to-day technology operations.

The role will work closely with internal teams, headquarters, and external IT service providers to ensure the liability, security, and effective operation of the company’s IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and provide day-to-day support for the company’sIT infrastructure and systems, including network, servers, VPN, hardware, software, user accounts, and other IT resources.
• Monitor and implementcybersecurity and information security measuresin accordance with company and headquarters requirements, including access control, backup, security monitoring, and incident management.
• Coordinate with headquarters on the implementation, access, and daily operation ofcorporate digital platforms and IT systems.
• Troubleshoot IT, network, hardware, software, and system issues, and coordinate with external IT vendors or service providers where required.
• Manage the company’sIT assets, software licenses, system records, and related documentation, ensuring proper maintenance and inventory.
• Maintain and update thecompany website on website-related matters.
• Support IT upgrades, digitalization initiatives, system implementations, and other technology-related matters.
• Develop and maintain appropriateIT procedures, documentation, and electronic data management practicesin line with evolving business and compliance requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and support to employees on the appropriate use of IT systems and resources.
• Perform other IT, digitalization, cybersecurity, and technology-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree inInformation Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates without prior relevant working experience may also be considered if they demonstrate strong technical knowledge and practical capabilities.
• Basic knowledge ofnetworking, server administration, VPN, cybersecurity, and IT troubleshooting.
• Strong interest in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital technologies, with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship, project, or working experience in network administration, system administration, cybersecurity, cloud technology, or IT infrastructure.
