Job summary

GMP Technologies is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst specializing in insurance for a contract role in Singapore. You will elicit and analyze business requirements, translate them into clear user stories, and collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and QA to ensure delivery success.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in insurance BA, strong knowledge of policy lifecycle, claims, billing, and hands-on PAS experience, with proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Visio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience in the insurance domain.
• Strong understanding of the insurance policy lifecycle, claims management, and billing processes.
• Proven experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery environments.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and documentation capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with Insurance Policy Administration Systems (PAS).
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Visio.
