Job summary

OX CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. seeks an IT Business Analyst to support Singapore Government / Public Sector IT projects, engaging ministries and agencies and documenting functional requirements.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years' experience in IT BA, strong analysis, stakeholder communication, and familiarity with UAT, SDLC, and Agile. Experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio; SQL knowledge; bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field; preference for public sector transformation work

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant IT Business Analyst experience.
• Relevant hands-on experience supporting Singapore Government / Public Sector IT projects is required due to the nature of the role, which involves government-specific business processes, systems, stakeholders, and operational requirements.
• Experience engaging with Singapore Government ministries, agencies, statutory boards, or public-sector organisations.
• Strong experience in requirements analysis, business process analysis, stakeholder engagement, and functional documentation.
• Experience with UAT, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, or equivalent tools.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related discipline.
