Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on second-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Ensure timely resolution of support tickets in line with priority levels and SLA commitments.
• Maintain and manage core IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
