RiDiK, a global technology solutions provider and subsidiary of CLPS, is seeking an IT Procurement and Asset Management professional in Singapore. The role covers inventory control, asset lifecycle management, compliance, and strategic procurement from global vendors.

You will drive cost savings, supplier relationships, and governance across hardware, software, and services, enabling efficient deployment and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT procurement, asset management, or a similar role.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship skills.
• Experience with IT asset management software/tools.
• Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with laws, policies, and best practices related to IT procurement and asset management.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Inventory Management: Regularly audit and reconcile physical and digital asset inventories.
• Asset Lifecycle Management: Maintain records from acquisition to disposal and lifecycle planning.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory and licensing requirements.
• Disposal & Refresh: Coordinate secure decommissioning and asset replacement planning.
• Reporting & Analytics: Provide procurement, utilization, spend, and KPI reports.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency in procurement and asset management.
• Order Tracking: Manage global IT procurements including quotes, PR/PO, payment, and delivery.
• Procurement Strategy: Develop and improve IT hardware, software, and services procurement policies.
• Vendor Management: Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective, quality products.
• Sourcing & Acquisition: Manage RFP/RFI, bid analysis, contracts, and purchasing execution.
• Contract Management: Oversee contract lifecycles including renewals and risk assessment.
• Budget Management: Forecast and manage procurement budgets, track spend, and savings.
• Market Research: Stay updated on market trends and potential suppliers for strategic input.

Key Responsibilities

IT Asset Management

• Inventory Management: Regularly audit and reconcile physical and digital asset inventories. Manage asset tagging and tracking systems.
• Asset Lifecycle Management: Maintain accurate records of all IT assets(hardware and software) from acquisition through disposal, ensuring efficient deployment, usage tracking, and end-of-life processes.
• Compliance: Ensure IT asset management complies with company policies, legal, regulatory, and licensing requirements (e.g., software licensing, data privacy).
• Disposal & Refresh: Coordinate the secure and environmentally responsible decommissioning and disposal of obsolete assets. Plan replacement and refresh cycles.
• Reporting & Analytics: Provide timely reports and analytics on procurement activities, asset utilization, spend, and related KPIs to stakeholders.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for automation, efficiency, and continuous improvement in procurement and asset management operations.

IT Procurement Management

• Order Tracking: Manage global IT procurements, including quote, PR/PO, payment, delivery and etc
• Procurement Strategy: Develop, implement, and continuously improve procurement strategies, policies, and procedures for IT hardware, software, and services.
• Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, negotiate with, and maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and high‑quality products and services.
• Sourcing & Acquisition: Manage procurement processes including RFP/RFI preparation, bid analysis, contract negotiation, and purchasing execution.
• Contract Management: Oversee contract lifecycle management for IT purchases, including renewals, compliance, and risk assessment.
• Budget Management: Collaborate with IT leadership and finance to forecast and manage procurement budgets, track spend, and deliver cost savings.
• Market Research: Stay abreast of market trends, new technologies, and potential suppliers to provide strategic recommendations.
