Job summary

RiDiK, a Nasdaq-listed CLPS subsidiary, seeks a hands-on Technical Project/Program Manager to drive complex initiatives from planning through stabilisation in a Singapore-based environment. You will lead blended teams of internal specialists, contingent resources, vendors, and systems integrators, with clear accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, dependencies, and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in technical project or program management within complex enterprise environments.
• End-to-end delivery experience across enterprise applications, cloud platforms, manufacturing or operational systems, and systems integration.
• Ability to convert ambiguous strategic objectives into practical plans with milestones, dependencies, governance, and outcomes.
• Leadership of cross-functional, geographically distributed, and blended internal-external delivery teams.
• Experience managing vendors and systems integrators through statements of work, fixed-price or outcome-based engagements, commercial controls, quality measures, and executive escalation.
• Strong financial management capability, including forecasting, budget control, variance management, and change control.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing, negotiation, conflict-resolution, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical and delivery matters in clear, business-focused language and frame options, risks, and trade-offs for decision-making.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, delivery dashboards, or comparable project and collaboration tools.
