ACW ENGINEERING & MARINE SERVICES PTE LTD in Singapore seeks an ISO-tank depot inspector to conduct gate-in inspections, verify tank identifications, and document condition with clear photographic evidence.

You will perform gate-out inspections, confirm seals, certificates, and readiness for dispatch, prepare damage surveys and repair estimates, and maintain thorough records for audits and customers, while strictly following safety rules.

Responsabilidades

• Gate-In Inspection: conduct comprehensive visual inspections of incoming ISO tank containers for visible damage, defects, or abnormalities; verify container identification details and CSC plate validity; check for residues, leaks, or contamination; capture photographic evidence; record findings in depot system.
• Gate-Out Inspection: perform final inspections to ensure tanks are cleaned, repaired, certified, seals intact, and documentation complete before dispatch; ensure tank readiness for next journey.
• Damage Assessment and Reporting: assess damage severity, determine impact on safe operation, recommend repair methods, prepare damage survey and EOR reports, monitor repair progress.
• Documentation and Record Keeping: maintain accurate inspection records, input data into depot systems, track status and ensure audit readiness.
• Safety and Compliance: follow safety procedures, work at height and around machinery, comply with IMDG/CSC requirements, report hazards immediately.
• Coordination and Communication: liaise with depot staff, repair teams, customers, tank owners, and external surveyors; ensure proper management of inspection/repair workflows.
• Quality Control: perform inspections per depot procedures and standards; identify recurring defects and report trends to management.
