You will oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with engineers and stakeholders to deliver projects on time. Responsibilities include managing master programs, liaising with management, and ensuring compliance with Building Control Act and regulatory standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or building-related field.
• Minimum 5 years in project management in the construction industry.
• Proven track record managing complex construction projects.
• Excellent project management skills including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder liaison skills.
• Thorough understanding of construction regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Proficient in project management software/tools.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.

Aufgaben

• Oversee the overall execution and construction of the ERSS competently.
• Professionally and conversant in the statutory requirements of Building Control Act.
• Supervise and coordinate site engineers, delegating tasks and managing on-site coordination effectively.
• Support project teams in developing, monitoring, and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• To liaise and deal with the management team for daily site activities reporting.
• Provide technical expertise as required on project.
• Line Management of employees and their productivity and performance.
• Provide guidance to team in project works in terms of quality and safety standards.
• Monitor and ensure that site progress is in accordance to the master program with no delay in works and proper work sequencing.
• Efficient management of resources and materials.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and contractual obligations throughout project execution.
