BSQ Capital Partners is seeking an IR & Capital Raising Intern to join our focused team. Immediate start with 3–6 months duration, potential extension based on performance.

You will help establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential investors, and support communicating the fund’s strategy and performance. You will conduct investor landscaping, craft marketing materials, manage investor data, and assist in organizing meetings and roadshows alongside the investment team.

We are seeking an intern to join our IR & Capital Raising team. As an IR & Capital Raising Intern, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential investors. The team is responsible for communicating the fund’s investment strategy, performance, and key value propositions to attract and retain capital commitments. This involves strategizing and executing capital raising campaigns to secure capital commitments by fostering trust and confidence among investors.

• Manage fundraising pipeline, tracking each investor processes from initial engagement and due diligence to final closing
• Collaborate with investment team to facilitate investor interactions, address inquiries and ensuring effective communication with investors
• Organize investor meetings and roadshows
• Contribute to other areas of the business as needed

Position Requirements

• Excellent ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Strong grasp of finance fundamentals (courses in accounting / finance / economics)
• Good PowerPoint, Excel, and writing skills
