Zusammenfassung

MNC Electronics Manufacturer from Taiwan is hiring for an IQC position in Singapore. You will inspect incoming materials, use precision measuring tools, and manage inspection records in the ERP system, ensuring materials meet drawings and BOM specifications.

Responsibilities include MRB support, defect analysis with suppliers, and participation in Kaizen/ISO activities. Diploma or higher Nitec in engineering is required; rotating shifts accepted.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or equivalent in engineering or electronics.
• Minimum 1 year of IQC or incoming inspection experience, preferably in electronics/server/IT hardware manufacturing.
• Able to read engineering drawings, BOMs and specifications.
• Familiar with AQL sampling, NCR, SCAR and inspection reports.
• Willing to work rotating shift.

Aufgaben

• Inspect incoming raw materials, components and packaging against drawings, specifications and sampling plans (e.g. AQL).
• Use measuring tools and equipment such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, CMM and visual inspection aids.
• Record inspection results accurately and update the inventory/ERP system.
• Release, hold or reject materials according to inspection outcomes.
• Report supplier quality issues and support SCAR follow-up.
• Support quality engineers in handling defects found during production (MRB).
• Define the defective material flow and collaborate with suppliers to determine root causes or FA reports.
• Monitor and track material rejections from production and participate in Kaizen and ISO activities.

IQC (Incoming Quality Control)

• Inspect incoming raw materials, components and packaging against drawings, specifications and sampling plans (e.g. AQL)

• Use measuring tools and equipment such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, CMM and visual inspection aids

• Record inspection results accurately and update the inventory/ERP system

• Release, hold or reject materials according to inspection outcomes

• Report supplier quality issues and support SCAR follow-up

MRB (Material Review Board)

• To support quality engineers in handling defective found during the production

• Determine & confirm the material rejection

• Define the defective material flow

• Work back with the supplier to determine the root causes or FA report

• Monitor and keep track of all material rejection from production

• To participate in the Kaizen activities

• Participate in the ISO activities

• Good knowledge in handling the RMA process

• Good knowledge of IPQC in server & rack production

Requirement:

• At least Diploma / Higher Nitec / Certificate in Engineering, Mechanical, Electronics or a related field

• Minimum 1 year or related working experience in IQC or incoming inspection, preferably in electronics, server, PCBA or IT hardware manufacturing

• Able to read engineering drawings, BOMs and specifications

• Familiar with AQL sampling, NCR, SCAR and inspection reports

• Knowledge of ESD handling and workmanship standards such as IPC-A-610 is an advantage

• Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle)

• Willing to work rotating shift
