Job summary

A leading multinational company in technology in Singapore seeks a Paralegal for a temporary maternity cover position in IP management. The successful candidate will manage the organisation's IP and trademark portfolio, prepare and monitor trademark applications, and assist in drafting legal documents. Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in IP management or legal support roles, either in-house or in a law firm.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage structured legal processes and day-to-day admin responsibilities.
  • Comfortable working independently and adapting quickly to established processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the organisation's IP and trademark portfolio, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Prepare, file, and monitor trademark applications and renewals in multiple jurisdictions.
  • Conduct trademark searches and provide reports to assist in risk assessments.
