Job summary

foodpanda is seeking an iOS Software Engineer to join Growth in Singapore, working with an international team to build experiences our customers interact with daily and to drive acquisition, retention, and growth.

You will own the full software development life cycle, contribute to architectural decisions, and collaborate with Product Management to maximize value. A 4–6 year track record in mobile development and Swift expertise are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Strong command of English to articulate technical concepts clearly.
Proficient in Swift with extensive hands-on development experience.
Skilled in high-performance testing and optimization.
Deep understanding of software architecture including SOLID, MVVM, and VIPER.
4–6 years of mobile software development experience.
Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines for deployment and release.
Involvement across the full SDLC (design, development, testing, deployment, release).

Responsibilities

Act as a subject matter expert within your vertical, hands-on throughout the full SDLC.
Serve as the product owner within your vertical, driving improvements and maintenance.
Participate in architectural decision-making.
Ensure code quality through reviews aligned with standards.
Collaborate with Product Management to deliver maximum value to stakeholders and customers.
