Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Bank Officer (O&T Financial Control – Invoice Processing) in Singapore for a 6-month contract. The role involves reviewing invoices for policy compliance and processing them efficiently using Excel and internal systems, with a Monday–Friday schedule and office-based work in Tampines Central.

The position offers hands-on experience in banking and finance operations, supporting the Financial Control team and handling ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related discipline is required.
• Experience with invoices and financial processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review invoices to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Process invoices accurately and within required timelines.
• Perform data entry using Microsoft Excel and internal systems.
• Support the Financial Control team with invoice processing activities.
• Assist with ad-hoc administrative and finance-related tasks as assigned by the Team Lead.
