Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Bank Officer to join the O&T Financial Control team in Singapore to support invoice processing within a financial services environment. You will perform day-to-day invoice checking, process invoices within deadlines, and maintain records using Excel and internal systems.

The role requires attention to detail and the ability to handle high-volume transactions, with supporting administrative duties for the team lead.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline.
Experience in invoice processing, accounts payable, finance operations, or banking operations is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with high-volume transactions.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with internal systems.

Responsibilities

Perform day-to-day checking and verification of invoices to ensure compliance with established financial policies and procedures.
Process invoices accurately and within stipulated timelines.
Carry out data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel and internal systems.
Support the team lead with administrative duties and other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth and efficient invoice processing operations.
