the edge partnership holdings pte. ltd. is seeking an Investor Relations Manager to support its listed funds portfolio.

The role focuses on investor communications, financial analysis, sustainability reporting and stakeholder engagement with close collaboration across investment and finance teams. The candidate will coordinate sustainability reporting, respond to assessments, prepare earnings materials, manage investor inquiries and drive engagement with analysts and management.

Qualifications

2-5 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, sustainability reporting, corporate communications, financial analysis or related fields.
Experience or exposure to sustainability reporting in a Real Estate listed environment would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the preparation of annual sustainability reports for listed funds.
Review and coordinate responses to sustainability assessments.
Support the preparation of quarterly earnings materials, annual and interim reports, investor presentations and other corporate communications.
Manage investor and analyst enquiries, coordinate investor engagement activities, including roadshows, investor days, site visits and conferences.
Monitor industry developments, market trends, peer performance and sell-side research to assess investor sentiment.
Coordinate regulatory disclosures and ensure investor communications comply with securities regulations and stock exchange requirements.
Work with senior management and internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and stakeholder engagement.
Coordinate investor-related events, including earnings calls and annual general meetings.
