Job summary

tri-cap consulting pte. ltd. is seeking a senior Investor Relations and Corporate Communications leader in Singapore. You will report to the CEO and Head of IR and Comms, overseeing relationships with investors, analysts and media, and communicating the company’s strategic direction and financial performance.

You will organise conferences, prepare presentations, manage websites and social channels, and contribute to annual and sustainability reporting while handling ad-hoc IR tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in relevant fields such as Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration/ Business/ Management, Finance, Accountancy or others.
• Minimum 10 years experience in Investor Relations for listed companies or REITs.
• Relevant experience in public relations, communications, IR, financial PR is essential
• Some financial analysis background, able to understand and analyse financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Managing relations with the investment and media communities including shareholders, analysts, investors, media and other stakeholders.
• Effectively communicate the strategic direction and financial performance of the company to investors and the investment community
• Assist in organising conferences, meetings and site visits.
• Regular update of presentations, news releases and other corporate communication material.
• Manage corporate website, affiliate websites and corporate social media accounts.
• Assist in the development of Annual Reports and Sustainability Reports.
• Assist in other ad-hoc CorpComs/ IR matters as assigned.
