CapitaLand Investment Limited (CLI) is seeking a motivated intern to support its Investor Relations team in Singapore. You will assist with events, prepare communications materials, and help compile annual and sustainability reports under supervision.

The role involves logistics planning for the AGM, maintaining investor databases, and contributing to quarterly reporting while developing professional skills in real estate finance and corporate communications.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Able to multi-task and work meticulously.
• Currently pursuing a Degree in Real Estate, Business Management, Banking & Finance, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Support in investor relations events such as conferences and AGM.
• Assist in creating investor relations communications materials (slides, factsheets).
• Assist in annual and sustainability reporting preparations.
• Assist in submission materials for sustainability assessments.
• Help plan AGM logistics and maintain investor databases.
• Support quarterly peer information tracking and ad-hoc duties.
