Qualifications

Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing or related field.
Fresh graduates 0–2 years welcome to apply.
Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced deck design is a plus.
Meticulous, organized, able to manage multiple deliverables under deadlines.

Responsibilities

Support investor engagement and relationship management via MAS-compliant channels.
Assist with marketing, partnerships and content for thought-leadership materials.
Support distributor relationship management and coordination.
Monitor and assist responses to RFPs/RFIs, coordinating with internal teams.
Design and format investor-facing presentation materials to institutional standards.
Assist pre-onboarding due diligence and KYC/AML checks for prospective investors.
Maintain systems and platforms used to communicate with investors; participate in UAT.
Provide general administrative and coordination support to the BD/IR function.
