Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc is seeking a Manager, Investment Suitability in Singapore. The role focuses on governance, risk monitoring, policy development, and stakeholder coordination within Global Private Banking. You will prepare meeting packs, track actions and manage suitability exceptions.

The role requires private banking experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and robust analytical and interpersonal skills to support the regional framework and audit/regulatory requests.

Qualifications

• Experience in private banking/retail wealth and financial markets.
• Good knowledge of risk, controls, audit and wealth products.
• Understanding regulatory rules for private banking/wealth.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent coordination and communication with RMs and ICs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Asia Suitability Governance Committee monthly pack, minutes and track actions.
• Review suitability exceptions and coordinate with stakeholders to close items.
• Produce Investment Suitability Management Information and monitor risks.
• Assist in reviewing and enhancing suitability policies and procedures.
• Provide admin support for policy implementation.
• Maintain internal control standards and respond to audit/regulator requests.
• Support Regional Head of Suitability in changes to the regional framework.
