Qualifications

• Singaporean/PR
• Minimum Local Polytechnic Diploma or any recognised Bachelor's Degree
• Prior experience in portfolio management, investment, banking, wealth management, financial analysis, financial services or a related field will be an advantage
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin will be an advantage to support communication with Mandarin-speaking clients and internal stakeholders
• Strong analytical, numerical and organisational skills
• Keen interest in financial markets, investment strategies and portfolio management
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately with financial information and data
• Good research and problem-solving skills with a willingness to continuously develop investment knowledge
• Comfortable working with reports, presentations and portfolio analysis
• Able to work independently while being a collaborative team player

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring and reviewing client investment portfolios based on their financial objectives and investment strategies
• Conduct research on market developments, economic trends, asset classes and investment opportunities
• Analyse portfolio performance, allocation and relevant investment data; prepare portfolio reports, performance reviews, investment analysis and presentation materials
• Monitor portfolio allocations and identify areas that may require further review or consideration
• Track relevant market and investment developments and translate key insights into useful information for client discussions
• Assist in preparing investment proposals and portfolio review materials for client meetings
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client portfolios, investment information and performance data
• Collaborate with internal teams to support the implementation, monitoring and ongoing review of client investment solutions
• Stay updated on financial markets, investment products, economic developments and industry trends
• Support business development and client engagement initiatives by providing relevant portfolio and investment insights
