Job summary

Argyll Scott, partnering with a leading global bank in Singapore, seeks a specialist to own VUL policy case management, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and operational procedures.

You will input and validate monthly policy valuations, monitor liquidity, and coordinate with custodians and asset managers to resolve queries, while keeping SOPs up to date. A candidate with 3+ years in custody or investment operations and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint/Word will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in custody or investment operations within a bank, custodian, or similar institution.
• Working knowledge of investment/custodial operations and life insurance processes, including local regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own VUL policy case management in line with operational standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Work with custodians and asset managers to resolve transaction and operational queries.
• Input and validate monthly policy valuations.
• Monitor policy liquidity and value, plus underlying assets (sanctions exposure, illiquidity, suitability).
• Keep documentation audit-ready and SOPs up to date.
• Produce internal and regulatory reporting.

I'm partnering with a leading global bank on a new role in its High Net Worth insurance operations team, focused on Variable Universal Life (VUL) policies.

What you'll do

• Own VUL policy case management in line with operational standards and regulatory guidelines
• Work with custodians and asset managers to resolve transaction and operational queries
• Input and validate monthly policy valuations
• Monitor policy liquidity and value, plus underlying assets (sanctions exposure, illiquidity, suitability)
• Keep documentation audit-ready and SOPs up to date
• Produce internal and regulatory reporting

What you'll bring

• 3+ years in custody or investment operations within a bank, custodian, or similar institution
• Working knowledge of investment/custodial operations and life insurance processes, including local regulatory requirements
• Strong attention to detail, control discipline, and the ability to juggle priorities
• A good service mindset and collaborative approach
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

This is a new headcount and a good step into the HNW and insurance operations space.
