seeks an experienced Investment Manager to source, evaluate, and execute renewable energy asset investments across Southeast and South Asia. You will lead end-to-end transaction management for solar PV, BESS, biogas, and related assets, building an active pipeline in the region.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years in infrastructure M&A, Private Equity, or Corporate Development.
• Proven track record of closed renewable energy M&A transactions or platform investments.
• Strong understanding of solar PV projects; familiarity with BESS/biogas advantageous.
• Proficiency in SPAs, SHAs, and project loan documentation.

We are seeking an experienced Investment Manager who will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing renewable energy asset investments across Southeast and South Asia. In this role, you will lead end-to-end transaction management across a broad range of renewable energy assets, including solar PV, BESS, biogas and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source brownfield renewable energy assets, as well as developer platform opportunities, to build and maintain an active investment pipeline in the Southeast Asian region.
• Lead the full deal execution process, from initial Non-Binding Offers (NBOs) through to binding bids and deal closure
• Coordinate with various stakeholders and advisors — including legal, technical, financial, and tax — to identify and mitigate project risks
• Structure deals and acquisitions in various formats, including asset vs. share purchases, earn-outs, minority vs. majority stakes, and joint ventures
• Review and optimise project finance and corporate valuation models, including DCF and LBO analyses, to assess investment returns
• Conduct sensitivity analyses to stress-test returns against regulatory, tariff, curtailment, and foreign exchange risks
• Prepare and present investment memos to management for funding approval
• Negotiate agreements, including SPAs, SHAs, and disclosure schedules
• Review existing PPAs, EPC contracts, O&M warranties, and land leases of target assets to assess commercial liabilities
• Collaborate with asset management and operations teams to support post-acquisition integration of newly acquired platforms or portfolios

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Engineering with a strong financial focus
• Minimum 8 years of experience in infrastructure M&A, Private Equity, or Corporate Development
• Proven track record of closed renewable energy M&A transactions or platform investments
• Strong understanding of solar PV projects is required; familiarity with other renewable energy asset classes such as BESS or biogas is advantageous
• Solid knowledge of corporate finance and accounting, including balance sheets, P&L, tax structures, and IFRS
• Proficiency in interpreting and negotiating commercial terms in SPAs, SHAs, and project loan documentation
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams across legal, technical, and financial advisors under tight transaction timelines
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in challenging seller assumptions and identifying valuation gaps during due diligence
• Willingness to travel across Southeast Asia
