in Singapore seeks an experienced investment professional to identify and evaluate renewable energy opportunities, including solar PV, BESS and other infrastructure assets. You will lead financial modelling, investment appraisals, valuations and due diligence, support M&A transactions, coordinate with regional teams and external advisors, and assist debt fundraising and financial structuring.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate investment opportunities in renewable energy projects, including solar PV, BESS and other infrastructure assets.
• Conduct financial modelling, investment appraisals, valuations and sensitivity analyses to assess project viability and returns.
• Support M&A transactions, including deal structuring, due diligence, negotiations and transaction execution.
• Coordinate with regional teams and external advisors on financial, legal, technical and commercial due diligence.
• Support corporate and project financing activities, including debt fundraising and financial structuring.
• Prepare investment proposals, financial analyses and investment memoranda for management approval.
• Monitor existing investment portfolios and assess financial performance, risks and potential divestment opportunities.
• Review relevant commercial agreements and support post-acquisition integration activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimally Degree in Finance, Business or Engineering, preferably with a post-graduate Masters in relevant field.
• At least 12 years of relevant experience in investment management, corporate finance, project finance or M&A.
• Experience in renewable energy or infrastructure investments, preferably within Asian markets.
• Exposure to solar PV projects, investment transactions, project financing, fundraising activities would be advantageous.
