Qualifications

• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
• Ability to maintain high accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sets of accounts and general ledger for investment-related entities.
• Prepare month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial reports per Singapore FRS.
• Perform reconciliations and maintain supporting documentation.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable and payments.
• Record capital calls, distributions, dividends and other investment activities.
• Assist in portfolio reporting, budgeting and financial analysis.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax agents and external service providers for compliance.
• Drive process improvement and automation in finance operations.
