DADACONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. is seeking an Investment Associate to join our Venture Capital team in Singapore. You will source deals, assess business models, and conduct market research to identify compelling opportunities across sectors.
You will perform due diligence, build financial models and valuations, and help prepare investment memoranda for investment decisions. A strong background in VC or related fields is preferred, with ability to coordinate across legal and advisory partners.

- Strong financial modelling, valuation, analytical and research capabilities.
- Experience in venture capital, private equity, growth equity, investment banking or corporate VC.
- Ability to assess business models, market dynamics, competitive landscapes and commercial risks.
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related discipline.

- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, attractive investment themes and growth opportunities.
- Evaluate business models, market potential, competitive positioning, financial performance and growth prospects.
- Conduct financial modelling, valuation analysis, market sizing and investment return assessments.
- Perform commercial, financial and operational due diligence to assess investment opportunities and key risks.
- Prepare investment memoranda and presentations to support investment decisions.
- Support investment structuring, valuation discussions, term-sheet negotiations and transaction execution.
- Coordinate with legal, financial and other external advisers throughout the investment process.
- Monitor portfolio company performance and support strategic initiatives, follow-on investments and potential exit opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in venture capital, private equity, growth equity, investment banking or corporate venture capital.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, analytical and research capabilities.
- Ability to assess business models, market dynamics, competitive landscapes and commercial risks.
