Job summary

DADACONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an Investment Associate to join its venture capital team.

You will identify, evaluate and execute high-growth investment opportunities across sectors, while supporting portfolio management and strategy. You will build relationships with founders, co-investors and industry experts; conduct market research, financial modelling and due diligence to inform investment decisions and potential exits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in venture capital, private equity, growth equity, investment banking or corporate venture capital.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, analytical and research capabilities.
• Ability to assess business models, market dynamics, competitive landscapes and commercial risks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare investment memoranda and presentations to support investment decisions.
• Support investment structuring, valuation discussions, term-sheet negotiations and transaction execution.
• Coordinate with legal, financial and other external advisers throughout the investment process.
• Monitor portfolio company performance and support strategic initiatives, follow-on investments and potential exit opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Deal Sourcing & Market Research

• Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities across relevant sectors and markets.
• Build relationships with founders, entrepreneurs, co-investors and industry experts.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, attractive investment themes and growth opportunities.

Investment Analysis & Due Diligence

• Evaluate business models, market potential, competitive positioning, financial performance and growth prospects.
• Conduct financial modelling, valuation analysis, market sizing and investment return assessments.
• Perform commercial, financial and operational due diligence to assess investment opportunities and key risks.
• Prepare investment memoranda and presentations to support investment decisions.

Deal Execution & Portfolio Management

• Support investment structuring, valuation discussions, term-sheet negotiations and transaction execution.
