Capital Partners seeks an investment professional (Associate to Director) to join its Infrastructure Investment team across Hong Kong or Singapore, supporting sourcing, evaluation, execution, and portfolio management of APAC infra investments. Focus areas include digital infrastructure, energy transition, transportation, and utilities.

Formación

• Degree holder with 2–10 years of relevant infrastructure investing experience.
• Experience in infrastructure, real assets, digital infra, energy transition, utilities or related sectors preferred.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills (DCF, IRR, MOIC) and capital-structure analysis.
• Proven ability to evaluate investments, perform due diligence, and develop clear investment recommendations.
• Experience working on cross-border transactions and managing multiple stakeholders across jurisdictions is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Support and/or lead sourcing, evaluation, execution, and portfolio management of APAC infra investments.
• Identify and assess opportunities in digital infra, energy transition, transportation, utilities, and other sectors.
• Build and maintain financial models and investment return analyses.
• Support and progressively lead transaction execution, including due diligence, financing, and negotiations.
• Contribute to fundraising, investor relations, and reporting.
