Based in Singapore, the role collaborates with senior stakeholders across Finance, Asset Management and Investor Relations to support reporting, analysis and day-to-day coordination.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in finance/investments.
• Background in Banking, Investments, Asset Management, Real Estate or Financial Services.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support investment and asset management activities through financial analysis, reporting, and operational coordination.
• Assist with portfolio monitoring, performance tracking, and management reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial review processes.
• Coordinate information flow between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and decision-making materials for senior management.
• Liaise with investor-facing teams to support reporting and communication requirements.
• Maintain investment records, financial databases, and reporting trackers.
• Support transaction execution, documentation management, and finance administration activities.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and special projects across the platform.
