Job summary

SMTP Consult Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an Investment Analyst to support our client's investment operations and financial activities.

You will liaise with shareholders, banks, and internal teams to source opportunities, perform due diligence, and maintain portfolio reporting. The role requires 1+ year in investment management or related financial services, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work in a multicultural, cross-border environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in investment management, corporate finance, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of financial instruments and investment accounting.
• Proficient in Excel and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate investment opportunities with merchant banks.
• Attend weekly investment committee meetings with shareholders to discuss asset allocation.
• Coordinate with finance for booking and reconciliation of investment and trade-finance transactions.
• Conduct due diligence and prepare documentation for new investments and instruments.
